Why we do this

We were not born to develop software. We were born to help people.

Long before building applications, working with data or talking about artificial intelligence, we were already devoting our time to teaching. At fifteen we started giving private lessons and discovered something that would shape our path: we enjoyed helping other people achieve their goals.

That feeling never changed. Only the tools did. Today DOCERO helps federations, clubs and sports organisations transform the way they work through data, artificial intelligence, training and software designed from real knowledge of sport.

The problem

Knowledge is scattered. Time is lost.

Too many people spend hours on repetitive tasks.

Too much knowledge is lost in spreadsheets and messages.

Too many decisions ignore data the organisation already generates.

It is not a lack of commitment: it is a lack of the right tools. We want to change that.

Understand first. Then build.

We will never develop a tool simply because a technology is in fashion. Artificial intelligence is extraordinary, but it is not our product: our product is helping people and sports organisations work better and make better decisions.

That is why we listen before we propose, understand before we design, and only then write the first line of code.

Área Técnica is our platform for the technical department of a sports organisation: a comprehensive player profile, structured scouting reports, comparisons, rankings and call-up management, with role-based security and an AI assistant with a restricted scope. It is software for sports federations built from real knowledge of technical work.

A real-world laboratory

Our laboratory has a name: Vallekas Basket

In 2022 we founded Vallekas Basket, a club based in a working-class neighbourhood with a strong social and educational dimension. It is the place where we experience many of the problems we want to solve, test solutions, listen to coaches and families and use our own tools before offering them to others.

The club has grown thanks to the work of many people: coaches properly paid and always on time, investment in equipment and a quality sporting experience regardless of each player's level. We invest where it makes an impact.

Who we are

Sporting, technical and teaching experience

We are coaches, former referees, sports administrators and founders of a club. We are also data engineers and university lecturers in technical subjects. We do not develop from outside sport. We build from within.

    Private lessons at fifteen: we discovered that we loved helping other people achieve their goals.

    Basketball coaching, refereeing and sports administration, lived from within for years.

  3. Engineering

    Careers as data engineers, building data platforms and capabilities for companies.

  4. Teaching

    University lecturers in technical subjects: databases, data engineering and machine learning.

    Founding of Vallekas Basket: not just coaching, but building a serious sports structure.

We do not wait passively for a list of requests. We observe, we ask and we anticipate, because behind every piece of data, report or call-up there is a person and daily work that deserves respect.
